- To coordinate the design and analysis activities of the Vacuum Vessels (VV) and other components under the responsibility of the Vessel Division, such as Cryostat, Thermal Shields, Vacuum Vessel Pressure Suppression System and In-Vessel Coils;
- To conduct analyses so as to confirm the VV structural integrity in front of the Agreed Notified Body and French Nuclear Authorities;
- To coordinate the overall structural analysis of the Vacuum Vessel and Ports, considering the latest load conditions and the final manufacturing and as-built designs;
- To issue comprehensive documentation on the final results for licensing.

SAINT PAUL LES DURANCE2009 - 2014- To verify the structural Integrity of the ITER Vacuum Vessel & Ports classified as Nuclear Pressure Equipment (NPE) which necessitates a third party organization authorized by the French nuclear regulator to assure design, fabrication, conformance testing and quality assurance, i.e. Agreed Notified Body (ANB).
- To coordinate the analysis team (Staffs & Contractors)
- responsible of the System Load Specifications
- To complete the detailed design of the Vacuum Vessel (VV) system considering the current load specification;
- To review drawings and technical specification of procurement-related documents in cooperation with related staff and Domestic Agencies (DAs).
