Supply Chain Manager with 20 years of international experiences across England, France, Germany, Italy, Romania, Spain and United States, I like to work on dynamic retail environment with special focus on customers.
Dealing with fresh, dry food and non-food assortment, my job is to increase sales and margin by optimizing the On Shelf Availability and the sales forecast, the best logistic network and flows at the lowest cost and inventory level.
To achieve these goals, I really believe in an “end to end” approach with high level of collaboration between offer, marketing and sales departments, and between logistic partners and suppliers.
