* Contracts portfolio management by delegating and controlling their performance
* Follow-up of all the contracts in execution phase, while ensuring the Sales, the Gross Margins commitment, the On-time deliveries, and the customer satisfaction.
* Compliance with financial commitments, (invoicing, cash-in and overdues tracking).
* The internal communication and reporting for all contracts.
