En résumé

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher with 4 years of hands-on experience in the field of material sciences and semiconductor process and characterization. My last and current experiences include characterization and development of devices such as diffraction gratings for thin-film solar cells, silicon nanocrystals-based photovoltaics and thin-film photovoltaics.

I am autonomous and task oriented. I have good synthesis and communication skills, and capacity to work in team with an international environment.

Technical skills:

- Surface and Material Characterizations: SEM, TEM, Raman, FTIR, ellipsometry, XPS, photoluminescence, spectrophotometry, XRD, life-time testing, optical-bench experiment.
- Semiconductor process: Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD, PECVD), sputtering, evaporation, soft lithography, photolithography, substrates preparation and cleaning, nanoparticles synthesis.
- Solar cells design and characterization.
- Computer Skills: Windows XP, C/C++, Java, LabView, MATLAB, Microsoft Office, Origin, Clewin.
- Language: French (mother), English (fluent), German (conversational).
