Mission:
- Perform needs analysis in cooperation with intern departments and carry out feasibility study and draft to prepare future investments (technical alternatives with estimates of costs and delays);
- Draft documents for invitation to tender, functional performance and technical specifications;
- Prepare execution phase and finalize detailed rough-draft and technical contractual documents;
- Coordinate execution: Construction, start-up and test-run monitoring, coordination of all trades (civil works, structural steel works, mechanical assembly, electricity…);
- Animate and coordinate project team and manage schedule: Project reporting and progress reviews with sponsor
- Coordinate subcontractor: Risk mitigation;
- Control costs, commitments and disbursements;
