- Closing & performance monitoring: coordinates monthly and quarterly close, builds performance reviews to CEO and European HQ.
- Weekly Net Income pacing: follows NI target on a weekly basis, monitoring Risks & Opportunities on all P&L lines.
- Strategic leader: laid out 5 years strategic plan, and derived strategic initiatives to re-focus on profitable segments, while cutting costs and increasing margins & income.
- M&A leader: coordinates projects of portfolio acquisition/disposition for France.
- Operating expense management: monitors Opex base while laying out functional budgets, and operating cost reduction initiatives.
