  • Amadeus - Functional Analyst (Product Definition)

    Sophia Antipolis 2010 - maintenant In the division New Business Unit, I'm in charge of defining the Hotels distribution shopping products, in the open backend team, which is mainly involoved in enhancing and optimizing the Amadeus Hotel Search Engine.
    This job covers customers’ requirement analysis, specifications of the product, priorities highlighting and test plan management. Therefore I’m constantly interacting with developers.
    Our Hotel Search Engine is a backend caching worldwide hotels data to improve distribution of hotels products through our main channels (web services, online travel agencies, other Amadeus products)
    The game is basically to shield our providers (hotel chains and aggregators) from huge traffic burst, to drastically reduce our response time to availability request, and to improve customer experience by providing them with innovative and accurate search products. This is a really exciting job that cannot be accomplished without statistics analysis and business understanding.
    Recently I have been taking more responsibility in functional coordination for some important projects impacting my departement.

    Définition et copilotage de la phase d'assurance produit.

    Participation active dans la gestion d'un important projet, particulièrement structurant pour la vie opérationnelle de l'entreprise dans la prochaine décénie, et concernant deux sites industriels de culture différentes (fabrication mécanique à Colombes et électronique à Réau).
