    The Technical and logistic coordinator role involve identifying, investigating and solving problems from a focal point for Airbus NZ in FAL Toulouse during the assembly line and also working to tight deadlines.

    Ultimately, I am not only to be pro actively dealing with the issues of assembly line for designated ATA but also answering any queries from other departments regarding the logistics on the missing parts, creation of draft documents intended for the design office, organizing the daily interventions on planes.

    This job also involve animation of meetings, planning, reporting and assisting team leader during meetings about the advancement of the work, liaising and supporting technically the production teams as well as providing training to new staff.

    As a Blended Customer Support Representative, I was at the core of the customer’s experience. Based at Apple's EMEA headquarters in Cork, Ireland, the team supports European customers (French, Belgium, Switzerland, UK and Ireland)
    The primary responsibility of the Blended Customer Support Representative is to take inbound calls from different type of customers and provide solutions to their queries. The majority of calls are in regards of delivery and payment related from post sales queries and the handling of these calls involve a lot of direct interaction with other internal departments such as the finance and logistics teams.
    The other major responsibility of the Blended Customer Support Representative is the handling I-Pod sales calls and successful candidates are expected to have the ability to identify buying signals and close sales where possible.
