I come from a science background, I received my PhD in biology from Paris University in 2000. After two successful postdoctoral positions in basic science, I turned towards clinical research. I started as clinical research associate, then as clinical scientist at Wyeth/Pfizer. After more than 6 years’ experience as project manager at UNICANCER I was first promoted as clinical program lead and then as deputy director of clinical operations. I currently hold the two positions.

As clinical program lead, I am the line manager of 4 project managers, 3 CRA coordinators. I lead the French breast cancer intergroup (UCBG) in liaise with the intergroup president. I am involved in the strategic decision of the group (regular meetings with key opinion leaders in breast cancer), the partnership discussions, and the clinical development of the studies until data interpretation and publication.

As deputy director of clinical operations, I am responsible for the development of clinical operations department, including the translational research axis, and the management of clinical team. I advise the clinical program leads, I facilitate the internal protocol review committee meetings. I oversee policies and standard operating procedures of the clinical operation department in the interests of amelioration.
