  For its program Ambition 2012, AXA modernizes its business, and this includes the redefinition of the accounting processes. Into the Core Central Team, I realized:
  - The coordination of the SAP set-up for the French deployment
  - The realization of a solution for archiving scanned documents (Filenet) and for attaching them to SAP accounting postings.

  Client: BNP Paribas, a leading French bank
  Project: MEO Project, outsourcing activities for the project TMA CCERP - Vinci AP.
  
  A 3 months mission in Chennai, in India, in order to:
  - Optimize the organization of the project
  - Facilitate the communication between the Front-Office Team and the Back-Office Team
  - Assure a good knowledge transfer to the new Indian colleagues
  - Give detailed and accurate reports to the Logica France managers
  - Provide help to the BO Team Leader for managing the BO Team (10 Indian colleagues)

• LOGICA - SAP Consultant & Team leader

  COMPIEGNE 2008 - 2010 MEO Project: outsourcing / offshoring activities of the project Vinci AP.
  Client: BNP Paribas (Bank, http://www.bnpparibas.com/en)

  Giving a 6 days Vinci AP training in Panama (Panama - November 2007) and a 5 days Vinci AP training in Dakar (Senegal – February 2008)
  
  In charge of the implementation of a SAP core model for the international sites of BNP Paribas (Sao Paulo, Luxembourg, Gulf States, Panama…)
