    2006 - 2007 My role in this position was to assist potential customers during the pre-sales and post-sales processes for IT solutions and specific customized training. I provided network design / improvement for the company at the same time I managed technical issues for Microsoft and Linux based servers, this includes Red Hat Linux, MS MOM, MS Exchange 2K3, MS Microsoft SQL 2K5 Server, MS Terminal Server, MS Windows 2K Server and Windows Server 2K3.

    I was responsible for the IT infrastructure of the company ensuring the correct development of the backup processes under Veritas software. I designed and managed all the network improvements for the company, including switching, routing and security policies under Cisco PIX firewalls. I also managed the SAN and NAS solutions of the company.

    2005 - 2006 My function in this position was to resolve customer cases related with server platforms, network servers or multi-user hosts. Respond to customer issues related to hard, software, backup, TBUs and networking on heterogeneous "mission critical" enterprise server and storage platforms that also involves multiple interactions per case and customers, being the point of contact for Technical Account Managers and escalation engineers when seeking information for technical cases.

  • Andaluz Telecom - Telecom Operator - Senior Solution Architect

    2004 - 2005 My function was to provide IT consulting for entire wireless customer’s infrastructure as well as manage their network resources such as servers, routers, switches and VoIP platforms. I was responsible for designing point-to-point and multipoint links in different frequencies, network backbones, IP engineering, spectrum analysis, capacity and radio planning. I defined IT strategies to improve the market share of the company. I was the main contact data and voice carriers, managing the synergy between our company and themselves.
