    Saint-Germaine-en-Laye 2013 - maintenant Bose Corporation is one of the largest and best-known audio technology developers and product manufacturers throughout the world, founded in 1964. The company is known for home entertainment systems and speakers, the Wave® products, premium automotive music systems, noise reducing headsets for consumers and pilots and sound for public spaces and musicians.

    Within the European Consumer Marketing department, my role is to coordinate the CRM initiatives at EU level:
    - Campaign automation: deploy broadcast direct mail and emailing campaigns for all EU markets and ensure full automation of all customer lifecycle management campaigns.
    - Lead Generation: build partnership with third-party vendors to fuel the customer database with new entries that fits Bose’s target audience and response rate objectives.
    - Development of the CRM tool: provide the organization with processes and technical infrastructure that fits the CRM business needs.
    - Customer database management: implementation of all relevant processes to ensure a cleansed and accurate customer database, as well as being compliant with data privacy legal requirements.

Bose. The company is known for home entertainment systems and speakers, the Wave® products, premium automotive music systems, noise reducing headsets for consumers and pilots and sound for public spaces and musicians.

    Within the European CRM and Marketing Automation department, my role is to provide the organization with technical infrastructure that fits the European CRM business needs. More concretely, I make the interface between end-users (European and local marketing teams) and developers to ensure the delivery of successful CRM technical and business projects.
  • Staples - Marketing Manager

    Survilliers 2006 - 2013 - Contact strategy: coordination of marketing activities online (SEO, SEM, affiliates, newsletters) and offline (direct mailing), monitoring of their performance to take corrective actions if not in line with the budget.
    - Marketing budget construction: accountable for reaching sales targets with the budgeted marketing cost. Regular follow-up of sales and costs. Shift investments if necessary to ensure the targeted profitability. Close relationship with Marketing Controller to validate models and costs.
    - Website management: local implementation of new functionalities developed at a central level (project management as business leader to synchronize website and ERP developments), content management (CMS, website animation).
    - Management of the production of online and offline media: unit cost calculation, retro-planning, diect contact with suppliers of each stage of the production process (agencies, paper mills, printers, mailsort, postage).
    - Datawarehousing (Oracle database interfaced with Business Objects): make sure that all needed information for marketing reporting and ad-hoc analysis are available and properly organized to measure performance of marketing actions and understand the business trends.
    - Datafile integrity: implementation of all relevant processes to ensure a perfect integrity of customer and prospect data (addresses, deduplication, matching, tracking of gone-aways …).
  • Staples - Marketing Analyst

    Survilliers 2002 - 2005 - implementation of a regular reporting aimed to measure the performance of the marketing actions on different views: on customer level, on campaigns level, on product level.
    - execution of ad-hoc analysis in order to better understand trends highlighted by the regular reporting and therefore, to help the Marketing Director on his decisions.
    - development of the marketing data-warehouse: with the help of IS, make sure that all needed information where loaded from the back-end systems and treated the right way in the marketing data-warehouse (Oracle database interfaced with Business Objects).
  • CSA - Research Executives

    2000 - 2002 Based on the brief of the client, and under the supervision of the Research Director, my responsibilities were the following: drafting of the questionnaire, organization of the fieldwork, analysis and synthesis of the results, presentation to the client.
