o Select within the collection, the key looks and pieces (must have, carry over…) to have for each store regarding our marketing strategy
o Provide product knowledge support for all the retail teams
o Compile and distribute retail bible seasonally showing sketches, photo images and each individual store buy relevant to each location.
o Carry out seasonal stock takes
Deliveries & Stock
o Prepare and complete weekly allocations to all retail stores including outlets, based on seasonal strategies and sales.
o Process stock transfers from the warehouse to the retail locations and carry out all of the necessary checks to inform the Head of Merchandising and Planning about any over or under shipments
o Inform the retail team of any delivery information.
o Request and process wish lists for each retail location at regular timely intervals
o Liaise with the Retail Manager with regards to distributing and invoicing staff uniforms for each retail location.
Events
o Coordinate with the retail Manager, the store manager and the other departments, the organization of the events
o Develop new products with the creative department to match event theme
o Manage the budget for each event

o Assist retail team with stock inquiries

- Editorial Marketing Manager
2008 - 2008Firstluxe is a luxury based website wich partner brands that buy an editorial strategy to be represented on the website and in our newsletters send out to our database.
o Execute marketing and business development campaigns from the content side
o Work with internal writers and manage freelancers to oversee copy representing the brands portfolio personality across multiple platforms, (email newsletters, brand pages on the website, and marketing and business development campaigns)
o Partner with both the editorial and marketing teams to determine desired customer behavior and tailor communications to meet these guidelines
2008 - 2009As an Intern, I had the chance to assist the product manager and the brand manager on the following missions:
o Follow-up and developing products for several brands
o Competition study
o Proposal of new lines of product based on our strategy
o Create figures reports for strategic meetings (Sell in, Sell out)
