13 years experience in the international brewing area: from artisan brewing to global Player, from creative and brand to process driven, from continuous improvement to breakthrough performance.
I am hungry to maximize my career and bring my talents to an international group with extensive experience in multi-disciplinary brewery and soft drinks projects.

I developed many recipes of beer such as a banana beer (Soma Burundi) which is unique worldwide. This is a breakthrough for African and American breweries and especially those countries cultivating in abundance bananas.

Extensive experience in multi- disciplinary brewery and soft drinks projects.
