  2012 - 2012 Tariff standardisation:
  * Evaluation of different price structures for road transportation in Europe.
  * Presentation of the new price structure to purchasing managers in order to ease benchmarking.
  * Implementation of a new harmonized price structure.
  
  Tender analysis:
  * Soft and hard fact evaluation during bidding process for a Transport Management System. ;
  * In charge of organising supplier meetings. ;

  * Redefine and implement an industrial procedure for new SEW parts and products. The project was aimed at optimising manufacturing processes. I designed and created a web site network via Microsoft Sharepoint to enable company employees to follow the new procedure.
