    Elle œuvre dans les domaines de la préservation des patrimoines, de l'agro-transformation coopérative, des énergies renouvelables et alternatives, de la récupération des déchets, de l'économie sociale et solidaire et de l'éducation à l'environnement et au développement durable.

  • One year around the world - World Traveler

    2012 - 2013 Russia / Mongolia / China / Nepal / India / Thailand / Laos / Cambodgia / Vietnam / Indonesia / USA / Canada

    I did, with my partner, a one year world tour. We experienced countries mostly in Asia and North America. New cultures, ways of life, landscapes, wildlife and flora were great part of our journey. All this time we wrote a blog and put pictures about our day-to-day life and experience. I particularly liked to take pictures of wildlife and landscape.

  • ALTEN - Deputy Project Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2009 - 2012 As a deputy project manager I assisted the team leader in his mission. I was in a multi-project environment and a part of my time was activities planning, allocation and control of task achievement of the team employee.

    Most part of the projects I was in charge were IT service management transition. This was to prepare, organize and manage all change involved IT team.
    E.g : E-mail software migration or new customer’s IT service : define future customer’s service catalog, how to process the ticket (first/second/third support level), need of IT team training, write of technical support documentation, …).
    Some projects:

    - Management of applications migration (Domino to Exchange, Agresso to SAP, …)
    - Management of new IT service/ old-retirement of service
    - Management of new supported company (3 roll-outs)


    Due to my knowledge of the company I was also in charge of VIP employees when they were hired. I did, during physical appointment, an introduction about the IT environment (hardware and software utilization), identification of the first IT needs (software or computer training), IT contacts, applied IT process.


    My writing’s skills (in French) allowed me to write a lot of documentation (technical procedure, IT process) to consist the baseline of an IT documentation library (store in SharePoint v3).
    - IT process design, writing and rollout : Incident (IM), Request (RF) & Service level Mgmt. (ITIL v3)


    I also carried out some other activities as :

    - IT support team representative during the annual ISO audit
    - Design of the IT Dept position card with HR Dept.
    - EasyVista service management software training (IT Dept. team and end users)
    - Accountant of the PDCA (Plan, Do Check, Act) – quality methodology (objectives, metrics, goals, planning & progress plan
  • ALTEN - IT Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2008 - 2009 As IT manager I was in charge of the IT’s ticket queue management: prioritization, allocation to the IT team, control. I was accountant of the ticket’s achievement, the customer’s satisfaction and the IT team performance (training & hiring). Range of the IT services support & supply was both hardware (computer/laptop, printer, phone…) and software (Microsoft & Lotus Domino environment, business software).
    I was also the referring technician for the Windows SharePoint Services support.

    I also carried out several project in order to increase the performance of the IT support process.:
    - Tasks automation
    - IT support & supply process design & roll-out
    - Normalization of the written and oral communication
    - SharePoint services v3 roll-out
