    2015 - maintenant My current main missions are:

    • To develop a good knowledge of the entities business and environment, in order in particular to anticipate the reinsurers support in product development or other services implementation
    • To define with the support of the Head of Traditional Life Reinsurance the strategy and the priorities for the Region, in order to contribute to the Group reinsurance objectives
    • To lead renewal and tender processess to select a reinsurer to help an entity to develop a new Protection product, preparing, launching and managing the Request For Proposal, negotiating reinsurance terms and conditions, and overseeing the wording preparation and validation.
    • To support the application of the reinsurance policy defined with each entity, in compliance with the Reinsurance guidelines, in leading the reinsurance procurement, managing the relationship with the reinsurance market and coordinating all the internal teams involved in the client reinsurance process
    • To support the management in achieving all reinsurance objectives, including groupwide reinsurance profitability assessment, Solvency 2 Pillar 3 implementation (reporting) and Community platform regular updates
    • To implement a regular assessment per country of the reinsurance efficiency, treaties profitability and identify recommended actions to optimize reinsurance use
    • To manage and coordinate the Underwriting Committee,
    • To provide support in the definition and the execution of the strategy in emerging countries
