■ Develop ways to reach and educate potential clients and job seekers.
■ Researching and documenting findings on the structure of leading multinationals in the industry
■ Identification of suitable candidates during the initial stages of the recruitment process.
■Utilizing the Person Specification to identify suitable potential candidates for arising positions
■ Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
■ Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy;
■ Professionally and discreetly identifying, approaching, screening and presenting candidates to HR Consultant for consideration
■ Receiving and reviewing applications, assisting in the scheduling of interviews and preparation of the interview packs;
DATABASE
■ Regularly updating the database to reflect the current statuses of all job orders and candidates in the database
