Gestion RH de 130 personnes (Recrutement, mise en œuvre des contrats de travail, établissement des plans de formation, gardien du dialogue social)
Optimisation et rationalisation des moyens humains en accord avec les besoins contractuels.
Reporting périodique à la Direction.
Encadrement des réunions périodiques inter et intra entreprises.
Responsable de la promotion et de la diffusion d’une culture sécurité.
Contribuer à l’élaboration du plan HSE et veiller à son exécution.
Participer aux audits internes sécurité.
Participer aux Appels d’Offre Marine et ainsi contribuer au développement de l’activité.
Assure in the name of the company and in relation with our clients the right execution of the marine operations contracts. I am the warrant of the economic balance of the contract and responsible for permanently optimizing assignment of human resources and provision of materials.
In close relationship with different marine units, Ii manage the contract team. Assure the coordination of different activities and provide the necessary means for provision of the personnel.
Participate in establishment of training plans aiming to increase the competences of the team members and to assist the professional evolution of the personnel. Ensure the development of good social interaction.
Coordinate the overall activities and reports periodically to the top Management. Holds regular meetings with team heads on sites and in Luanda and assure the realization of action plans.
By taking part in emission of Marine Tenders, contributes to the development of the activity
Assure a strict follow-up of his projects.
Participate actively in the validation of the Charter Party when the company contracts the naval supports necessary for the realization of its operations.
When necessary, share my technical knowledge and advise the team of choice and manner of progressing the operations in the frame of the realization of the contract. For the client I am the warrant of the right execution of all clauses of the contact. I am the appointed interlocutor
Responsible for promotion and diffusion of the security culture. Assure the implementation of the security rules dictated by the client and the respect of the prevention plans. Contribute to the elaboration of the HSE plan and ensure its execution. Participate in the internal security audits.
