Management of a first team in charge of the creation of databases for the monitoring of standard repairs, daily repairs, and inspection results for all the airbus fleet for multiple structures of the aircraft.
Management of a second team in charge of the analysis of damages on A/C structure (damages on all ATA for all A/C for all programs - all the fleet can be analysed) and make some proposals to enrich and/or modify the current SRM (Structure Repair Manual). The aim of this activity on Airbus side is to reduce the number of the airline complains (and reduce the number of daily repair on Airbus side) because of missing elements in repair documents (SRM) and increase the client’s satisfaction.
Project planning, workload estimation, tracking deliveries, communication with the client and management of off-shore activities.

Transnational activities:
Follow/manage the good achievement of blocking points which can impact the work planning
Share information, management of blocking points, questions, etc… with all other A/C sections (S13-14, S15-21, S16-18, doors).
Coordination of different Airbus departments in order to have all input data according to the required quality level within the deadline commitment. Coordination of different RSP (Risk Sharing Partner) activities (management of blocking points, follow the work done, management of deliveries, etc…)
Technical activities (stress activities):
Validation of new tool elements for SRM activities in ISAMI. Preparation/check/validation of all input data which will be needed to the RSP for their activities. Check/validation/comments of the technical notes produced by RSPs.
3- SRM stress engineer for A400M Nose Fuselage
Fatigue and Damage tolerance analysis for the validation of all the repairs proposed by the SRM for the Nose Fuselage structure using general stress calculation method and Finite element models (SAMCEF-SAFE).
2- SRM stress engineer for A330 and A340
Static analysis for the validation of doubler repair on A330/340 fuselage using general stress calculation method.
1- Stress engineer for Falcon SMS Center wing box
Static pre-analysis on center wing box beams for Falcon SMS. The aim here is to design some beams on center wing box in order to win weight on the parts and to validate each configuration by RDM calculations.
