  • Amadeus - Head of Open Innovation

    2015 - maintenant In charge of defining and building innovation's ecosystem for Amadeus at Corporate level. That includes Open Innovation approach with start-ups, accelerators, VCs, academics and research labs as well as other large corporations. This Open Innovation framework covers strategy as well as very operational implementations such as joint content definition, co-creation methodology and go-to-market.

    In this context of Open Innovation, I am also in charge of defining and building Amadeus' spin-off framework.
  • Intelligent Systems / Altran - Group Head of Strategic Marketing

    2014 - 2015 In charge of Strategic Marketing (Innovation-oriented content creation, business planning, go-to-market strategy, ecosystem setup) for Intelligent Systems division of Altran Group (20 000+ people worldwide).

    Created and launched VueForge, Altran's offer in machine-driven big data (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5emYqHJe-k), incl. product management for demonstrators, offer building, market testing and Press Conference. I was also in charge of the Business Team for VueForge, dealing with go-to-market strategy, business modelling and planning, partnership management, pre-sales etc.
  • Intelligent Systems / Altran - Global Marketing Manager

    2011 - 2014 Marketing Manager for Intelligent Systems / Altran Global Group Solution (20 000+ people worldwide), dealing with Strategic Marketing (incl. Business Plan, offer building, Partnerships) as well as Operational (e.g. Pre-sales)l and Promotional Marketing.

    Managed the launch of Intelligent Systems / Altran, a complete re-branding and repackaging of previous Embedded & Critical Systems Group Solution I was in charge of incl. positioning, story to the market and press, packaged offers building/creation (61 packaged offers), web site, white paper, management of prototypes such as Immersive ATM and Open & Connected Car and Press Conference for Intelligent Systems launch (leading to interviews for France 2 - #1 French public TV, BFM TV, RTL - #1 French radio, articles in Les Echos, Le Figaro and various newspapers, blogs).

    In addition to this role, I had the mission of developing and structuring a go-to-market methodology for the Group, incl. business model innovation and storytelling.
  • M2M by Altran - Marketing Lead

    2010 - 2011 Strategic and Operational Marketing for M2M by Altran, a newly created Joint Venture in the machine-to-machine area.
  • Siemens VDO - Product Marketing Manager

    Saint-Denis 2006 - 2010 Product Management activities for mobility applications (off-board navigation, service aggregation, Location-Based Services, Consumer Electronics device integration...) including business plan and marketing activities. Focus on automotive Internet services and in-car integration (marketing and product definition).
  • Siemens VDO - Project Leader

    Saint-Denis 2005 - 2006 - Project Leader for telephony applications (Hands-Free, PIM...) – both BMW and VW projects.
    - Software Architect for telephony applications (Hands-Free, PIM...) in infotainment's platform for BMW (5 and 3 series) and VW. The platform was based on Java and OSGi technologies, to be used in an embedded environment (performance and memory constraints).
    - Handled technology transfer of telephony applications to low-cost site in Romania.
  • Siemens VDO - Software Architect

    Saint-Denis 2001 - 2006 2002-2006: Software Architect for telephony applications (Hands-Free, PIM...) in infotainment's platform for BMW (5 and 3 series). The platform was based on Java and OSGi technologies, to be used in an embedded environment (performance and memory constraints).
    2001-2002: Software Architect for the Map Rendition component within the Navigation application. This navigation was platform-based, in Java (incl. Java2D library subsets).
  • Siemens VDO - Software Developer

    Saint-Denis 2000 - 2001 Software Designer for the Navigation Database component. Within a constrained environment (embedded systems), design and development of the database reader and modeler for navigation.
  • Insignia Solutions - Software Engineer

    1998 - 2000 Software Engineer in the Java Virtual Machine tools team. Insignia Solutions was a provider of Java-compatible virtual machine solutions for consumer and embedded markets. Contribution to the development of tools to configure/get the feedback from the JVM, and development of the JDWP protocol.
