    Performance and people management:
    - Coordinate and motivate a group of Sourcing Recruiters, monitor their performance, set targets
    - Manage all open positions within the team, allocate resources to new positions
    - Support team members with the right sourcing strategy
    - Manage all HR related daily activities within the team

    Process:
    - Coordinate entire sourcing process, from intake to candidate submission, in line with Client specific processes and SRC’s processes
    - Develop effective sourcing strategies, work on sourcing innovation
    - Act as a Subject Matter Expert by gathering the utmost of industrial knowledge (job profiles, target companies etc.) and building best-in-class sourcing strategies
    - Prepare complex reports and market insights

    Account management:
    - First point of contact for client operational stakeholders and first escalation point for any daily operational issues
    - Engage with the client to understand needs, to ensure appropriate strategies are aligned and put in place
    - Periodically report and review of services, SLA’s and KPI’s, team performance, participate business reviews, etc.
    - Project management based on new client requests; acting as ‘Voice of Customer’ to translate client need for internal contributors and stakeholders (Delivery Centre Management, CoE, Support roles, etc.)
    - Manage client expectations, provide MI where applicable

    Main responsibilities:
    • Searching for online profiles (LinkedIn - Xing - Facebook - Twitter) and CV’s through the use of Boolean Searching.
    • Engage with candidates, screen them through telephone interviews and submit them for our clients.
    • Keep in touch with our (key) clients and provide them with the necessary services and solutions agreed on the intake call.
    • Report into the Delivery Manager

    Roles include:
    • Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, social/professional networking sites, Boolean and e-sourcing etc.) and use advanced internet mining techniques
