• Decathlon International - Production Leader

  Villeneuve d'Ascq 2011 - 2014 Decathlon is the French leading company of sporting goods design and distribution. They own about 700 stores around the world.
  
  I am currently defining and leading the foam products buying strategy, managing a 12M€ budget.
  I evaluate, select our suppliers and follow their daily results (quality, supply, factory
  organization)
  I negotiate the product pricing and buying conditions (engagements, payment conditions).
  I run the sourcing campaign for new suppliers (new processes, duplications, cheaper etc.)
  I industrialize new products with the suppliers
  
  Results :
  25% turnover increase in 2 years on foam business (balls, fitness mats)
  Costs reduced by 3% in 2012, 2% in 2013
  27% quality improvement with 95% of products delivered on time in 2012
  I became a Decathlon quality assessor and monitor of job’s basics skills in 2012
  

• Cr&s Motorcycles - Milan Italy - Engineering Training

  2010 - 2011 CR&S is an artisanal Italian factory designing and producing handmade motorcycles.
  I was in charge of adapting a new motorcycle prototype to the marketed version (parts design,
  material and production process modifications) to improve productivity and costs.
  
  Results :
  I designed Carbon fibber parts and moulds.
  I designed a complete fuel tank that has been patented by CR&S.
  We assembled four complete motorcycles presented to the EICMA motor show 2010.
  I have learned basics skills of Italian and motorcycle design
  I prospected for new european retailers
  

• Florida Atlantic University - Boca Raton USA - R&D training

  2010 - 2010 After many accidents using ladders, a customer association decided to sue the Ladder factory and asked the F.A.U to run experiments to find evidence of production failure.
  I have created a C++ program monitoring accelerometers to gather data during testing.
  I have led tests following ASTM American standards (climbing, balance loss, material tests).
  
  Results :
  
  Technical proofs were found, highlighting a lack of rigidity due to a bad conception.
  I wrote a scientific document about the results, which was used by the lawyers.
  

• Coca Cola Company - Engineering Training

  ISSY LES MOULINEAUX 2009 - 2009 Recently, receiving a new aseptic production line a goal was set to help master the new system.
  I ran AMDEC analysis to define the critical blocking points
  I defined a curative and preventive maintenance program, with assistance by maintenance
  teams.
  I created fast reparation algorithms, to help the maintenance teams to work more efficiently.
  I created visual supports to help workers control production.
  
  Results:
  
  Productivity improvement(less production breaks, product quality improved)
  Repairing time reduced
