Head of transport distribution at Tally Weijl, Basel, Swiss Company specialized in fashion.
Present in 37 countries with more than 1100 point of sales spread in different business model (Shops, Franchising, corners, wholesales and e-Commerce).
After leading IT operation and several project in Logistic & transport, i had the chance to move in an other position who give me a better comprehension of the business and give me the possibility to influence our development.
Actually, I manage a direct team of 14 persons who supervise a part of the import and customs operation and supervise the global transport activities for the B2B and B2C distribution from 5 distribution centers located in 3 different countries.
In parallel, i manage a little IT team who maintain and develop our Transport, customs, tracing system and I lead some important logistics project with strong transport impact
I work actually with around 15 known forwarding companies spread in different type of transport (CEP, trucking, Air freight providers…) .
My strength is in the development of innovative strategies in transport and logistics in order to answer the business requirement. Thanks my ability to listen and learn from other, I develop good skills in various domain which are not only focused in logistic.
In the same way, I’m an enthusiastic person and manager who want to share it and motivate teams through a clear communication.
