After the political conflit in 2013 in central Africa republic as consequence displacement of population living in
poverty for decades. A humanitarian response funded by the international community to alliavate and protect the
human dignity. I was deployed as an Emergency Coordinator to respond in a consortium set up with 3 french
organizations by providing solutions in Water, sanitation,n and hygiene, Shelter and non food distribution for
internal displaced people all across the country.

The consequence of a religious conflict in Mynamar caused a flux of Rohinga refugees called ``stateless'' in
Bangladesh since several years. I was in charge of setting up new camps with shelter, water and sanitation
solutions for 54,600 people. As the host country suffered previously from natural disasters and social economics,
the intervention was designed as well to protect environment and to consider the ``Do not Harm'' principles in all
steps of the programme.

consequence the social and economic means has decreased, the insecurity has increased especially in the eastern
part of the country. I was in charge of designing a strategy in collaboration with UN agencies and international
Organization in order to establish guidelines that leads to meet the MDG by 2015.

Yemen is one of the unknown countries internationally, facing the highest water scarcity in the region, almost 50%
of rural women are under malnourished. The arab spring in 2011 led to a political crisis which forced around 360,
000 people to displace around the country. I was deployed to Yemen with an objective of building capacity and
resilience of local and government institutions to be able to respond to similar context.

The food crisis in horn of Africa in 2011 although predicted but was not anticipated, the consequence 18 Million
people were affected round the region with severe food insecurity and the resilience systeme of this community
couldn't cope to the crisis. The first emergency team that I led was in charge to respond efficiently to the basic
need of 2 Million people in Northern Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia.

faced an earthquake that caused thousands of lives and in the same year the ministry of health
declared cholera outbreak. I was in charge of assuring the epidemy don't spread and cause more damage by
working with private and government institutions. The second objective of my mission was to elaborate water
sanitation and hygiene policies, strategies and approachs.

Main objectives were to increase volume and quantity of local production of vulnerable household threatened by
drought. I provided water for domestic, industrial and irrigation needs and the engineering installations necessary
to treat and pump water to consumers also supporting food security as well as distribution of foodstuffs and
seeds in the area. I drafted Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), I wrote proposal for new projects and
directed assessments and surveys. As the project result: quantity of production increased, quality improved,
variety of seeds especially enabling to shorten the hunger gap, creation of farmer's group, provision of potable
water through construction of well, boreholes, provision of sanitation facilitation through construction of public
latrines and trainings of hygiene promoters.

Departement) Officer of UNICEF, the WES Project Manager, the Department of Rural Water Development and the
Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Urban Construction, the intervention has been coordinated as well with
the Office of the UN Deputy Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator. The Objective of this intervention was to
Increase the number of people and especially school children having access to safe and sufficient water and to
achieve the universal primary education, promote gender equity and empower women, ensure environmental
sustainability..

Responsible for managing the construction of new pedestrian subway connecting King's Cross in Dubai
Underground Station with a new underground station at St. Pancreas mainline station, part of a $3.4 Billion
upgrade project for one of Arab busiest underground stations
Responsibilities included; managing sub-contractors, reviewing and producing works method statements,
inspecting works, site health and safety, ensuring works were completed to programme, regular liaison with the
client, sub-contractors, Underground, local authorities.

Responsible of establishing water and sanitation in a remote community in Ouesso, set up Water Committee in
Ouesso and Sembe In Congo Brazzaville, to manage new resources, drilled borehole installing deep well, hand
pump, construction of VIP latrines to improve sanitation for displaced peoples from Central Africa, pit latrines in
emergency context, building capacity via management training to targeted communities in order to enable them
to manage future projects, operate and sustain activities after the initial phase of intervention. The project was
based on Capacity building/training, CFW, children, protection mainstreaming, returnees...
