    Paris 2012 - maintenant Reporting to the Head of Technical , Accountable of the brewery environmental performance both KPIs ( Water, Enrgy, Waste, Water & Air pollution) , Brewery Hygiene and Cleaning, Supply Governance
    My role is :
    Implement and imbed the ''Zero Accident" culture of Diageo, to ensure that any person entering an entity of Guinness Cameroon SA, is in good conditions of health and safety.
    Reinforce brands image and Guinness Cameroon SA reputation by protecting the Environment, respect all the local regulations and organize Corporate (social) Activities
    Live the Code of Ethics and Compliance and make it real for the team
    Creates an environment for great teamwork and Sets high standards & stretching goals for self & others;
    Take responsibility & ensure compliance of GCSA Environment activities to national and international legislation and standards;
    Develop an EMS (Environmental Management System) Program including procedures, responsibilities, and environments audits and risk assessments;
    Ensure no pollution of air, land and water by the company and maintain a good climate between GCSA and Cameroon Ministries (Environment, Water and Energy, Industry, Agriculture, etc…);
    Manage properly all the brewery waste and look for opportunities to always recycle and reduce
    Environment key performance indicators (water, energy, waste and BOD);
    Ensure application of technical (asset care methods), CI, Operations and individual/team development skills to optimize ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) performance
    Ensure with the Safety and Risk Department that all works are done in the safe and Environmental Manner
    Ensure all the requirements of different Audits (ISO 9001/2008, ISO 22000/2005, FSSC 22000, KPMG, Global Audit & Risk) are satisfied
  • Diageo - Acting Asset Care Manager

    Paris 2011 - 2012 Report to the Head of Engineering, leading 3 peoples ; Packaging & Brewing Planners, Best Practice Supervisor.
    My role consist :
    Work together with the safety team to ameliorate the work environment and safety rules;
    Ensure, Develop and implement the Best practice in term of Maintenance Scheduling and planning in Packaging, Brewing and Utilities
