    Chenôve 2016 - 2018 CHILEAN SUBSIDARY MANAGEMENT for Medical Care (Hospitals) and Healthcare (Pharmacies):
    • Developed URGO long term strategic plans with the 2 local distributors (obj. CAGR 2017-2022: +15%)
    • Responsible for the P&L of the 2 businesses (3,1M€ turnover)

    LATAM BUSINESS DEVELOPER (mainly Argentina)
    • Understand the market sizing and dynamics, the health system and evaluate business opportunities
    • Results: Contract signed with a local distributor for Medical business with a 5-year business plan

    2014 - 2016 • Business development plan for the B2B offer (food trays for the main companies of the city)

    Rueil-Malmaison 2008 - 2011 * Responsible for the INNOVATION ROADMAP of Lipton Europe & Elephant brands
    - Led the launch of a slimness range « LIPTON LINEA » in 5 European countries and the range expansion development
    - Developed & launched a breakthrough innovation for Europe : ``SUN TEA'' (a tea brewing in cold water) ;
    - In charge of the priority range expansion « LIPTON PYRAMID » : 4 innovations delivered ;
    - Responsible for the development of an Organic Herbal Tea range ``ELEPHANT BIO'' and for the certification complexity management

    * Developed the COMMUNICATION PLAN for Europe
    - Created the 360° activation campaign of LIPTON LINEA (TV, billboard, POS ad, PR, internet) & a launch
