Account management and development of assigned accounts: Create and manage account development plans, consistently develop and maximize all business opportunities, contacts and prospects within each account., Establish and run a structured call/meeting cycle to maintain and build strong relationships with clients, Regularly visit existing clients to obtain and maintain a deep understanding of their business, Set up steering committee, applicants’ presentations, business reporting.
Recruitment: write job descriptions, advertise across all media, sourcing, phone screening, interview and shortlist candidates, in charge of writing permanent contracts, coach applicants for client presentations, maintain the applicants’ database, HR Reporting.
HR management: follow-up meetings with the customer and the IT consultant, biannual HR interviews with IT consultants, career management, define training solutions, 1st point to HR requests from consultants.
Purchasing: provide technical and commercial offers, edit purchase contracts, follow-up on the purchase orders and process invoices.
