    · Analysis of trusts and foundations which we can target for fundraising purposes. Create a matrix of all potential trusts we can apply to/ identify ones we have already targeted either successfully or unsuccessfully. Capture information on funds available and grant round dates for the next 12 months.

    · Developing a very basic database for managing information on donors – we are reviewing purchasing a new piece of software purposefully designed to capture this information. Getting the data into a useable and easily accessible format.

    · Review of our membership program which is effectively not operational – how we can develop and relaunch a membership program for Alzheimer’s Australia (Qld)

    · Other work on practical corporate services areas and marketing/fundraising/event planning
