  • Advice/guidance, coaching and training, risk assessments, inspections and audits
  • Working closely with Project Managers to meet Company and Client HSSE requirements
  • Developing, implement and maintain HSSE procedures and management systems
  • Ensuring that HSSE risks for Project activities are identified and assessed.
  • Ensuring that HSSE issues are addressed in journey management procedures
  • Ensuring that HSSE requirements, regulations and standards are met and complied with at all company sites
  • Ensuring that Corporate standards and policies requirements are met on all projects undertaken
  • Implementing the HSE management system, establishing the HSE Plan.
  • Providing guidance to all personnel and especially the Management Team.
  • Developing and implementing the HSSE training programme
  • Developing a HSSE audit and inspections schedule, ensuring any necessary corrective actions are implemented.
  • Ensuring all HSSE Reviews are carried out and that all resulting actions are closed out in a timely manner.
