I have a 16y+ in sales. My background includes managing complex sales, involving different partners and up to 30 people in virtual team.
I have always been deeply involved in the creation and/or the transformation of business:
- As a P&L manager, I started from scratch and went up to a 60 people, 4M€ revenue, 1M€ margin Business Unit.
- As head of 3 senior sales guys, I transformed the business going from 100 % technical sales to 40 % “Business sales” in 3 years. Hence, Clients I am used to deal with are both business teams (CMO / Customer Contact Directors, sometimes CEO…) and technical ones (CIO / CTO).
I developed strong skills in selling “digital” (xaaS, Mobile, Social, Big Data…) and I have a deep knowledge of the “digital” eco-system in France. My area of expertise also includes indirect selling and "traditionnal business" (ERP Integration, Application Development & Maintenance,...).
My experience and entrepreneurial mindset allow me to be efficient and deliver strong results -top AND bottom lines- within any type of structure (classical IT company or “startup - web agency” environment; light or very complex matrix structures)
