By my doctorate done in the French research center IFP Energies Nouvelles in Lyon and by my post doctorates, I developed my skills in the field of active materials and the relations between their structures and properties in adsorption, separation and in heterogeneous catalysis. Thereby I developed my expertise in synthesis, characterization and in the utilization of such materials, including the design and use of bench scale test equipment. My previous positions also brought me a deep general knowledge in the field of petroleum and bio-ressources, notably concerning the processes and the products. For instance, at IRCELYON I have the opportunity to work on a European project in collaboration with universities and industrial partners in order to develop new FCC catalysts optimized for the co-processing of bio-oils and conventional resources in refineries.
Furthermore, these experiences in fundamental and applied research, done in strongly international environments, enabled me to develop my skills in many fields, personal or professional, like open-mindedness, flexibility, communication, team work and project leadership.
