Since 2001, I support project organizations in Defect Management, setting-up processes and tools to provide a professional approach to this domain.
Since 2007, I support Test Managers (Business and IT) in their assignments: test planning and strategy definition, test effort estimation, tools usage, etc.
Since 2009, I support Project Managers in their usage of Agile methods like Scrum and Kanban.
I also provide internal trainings in Test (theory and tools), and Agile.
I lead international teams to improve the methods in my company.
Since 2010, I manage New Development, and Deployment projects, gathering people from different countries.
