- For an electricity operator, procurement diagnosis: relevant purchasing segmentation, analysis of the opportunity to extend the supplier base, identification of purchasing levers, consideration of quality, delay and total cost
- For an alternative electricity and gas operator, strategic analysis of the business plan: commercial strategy to extend customer base, investments / planning / revenues for new production facilities projects (CCGT and Renewables)
