NovImmune, basée à Genève, est une société suisse spécialisée dans le développement d’anticorps thérapeutiques qui ciblent les mécanismes immunitaires, afin d’agir sur les maladies du système immunitaire, l’inflammation et dans le domaine de la transplantation d’organes. Trois anticorps sont actuellement au stade de développement préclinique et un anticorps est en phase de développement clinique.
Au sein de cette société je suis chargée de la production des anticorps dans le but d'essais in vitro et in vivo (recherche et études de toxicité) ainsi que de la mise en place de procédé de purification à l'échelle laboratoire dans le but de transférer la production des anticorps thérapeutiques en conditions GMP.
