    - Organize and deliver appropriate management reports to country and regional management. Prepare meaningful variance analysis commentary for management and publish accurate and timely financial reporting packages. Coordinate, interpret and respond to adhoc financial request between the country and the holding.

    2011 - 2012 Financial & Management Accounting:
     Verify the accuracy of the accounts for all the suppliers, customers, employees and others related parties
     Ensure that all operational costs & charges are distributed accurately according to the costs centers
     Ensure that the company’s financial principles, commercial discount, cash discount and recovery of expenses are being executed.
     Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures & follow up through internal controls
     Full compliance with the general tax code
     Validation of the inventories accounts costing implemented

    Budget & Reporting:
     Ensure monthly reporting of the accounts and profitability per business and branches;
     Expenditures reports & Quarterly OPL’ adjustment;
     Owner of financial planning and budgeting cycles;
     Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures & follow up through internal controls

    Cash flow:
     Elaborate the cash flow forecasted for a year ahead;
     Present the cash flow reports on weekly basis to the management committee
