Construction of petrochemical complex located in Russian Siberia (Tobolsk), the biggest integrated complex for the production of polymers in Russia. The complex will integrate a stem cracker for production of ethylene, propylene and butane-butylene fraction (BBF) and will include polyethylene units and polypropylene unit.
o Overseeing suppliers engineering documents, and ensuring this work is timely completed in compliance with required Russian codes and standards.
o Ensuring of use of appropriate discipline standards in compliance with Russian regulation and national standards.
o Checking and approval of engineering technical documents submitted by vendors.

The main Units of project: oil loading, Sulphur treatment and granulation, Sulphur Pastillation Unit, Utilities Configuration as Fuel Gas Unit, Power Generation Unit, SWS Water treatment plant.
o Overseeing process engineering design work performed by the engineering Contractors.
o Checking and approval of submitted engineering contractor and vendor design documentation.
o Design verification and technical queries for the sulphur packaging, storage and rail loading facilities.
o Participating in safety process management, HAZOP and HSE reviews.

The phase III of project of the Kharyaga field development (above the Arctic Circle): maintaining a capacity of 30,000 BOPD by bringing new wells online and in addition, increasing water injection capacity to 60,000 BWPD, stop routine flaring and the upgrade of the CPF facilities for treatment and export of associated gas: installation of amines sweetening unit, Claus unit, mercaptan removal & dehydration unit, hydrocarbon dew point control unit, export gas compression, power generation unit.
o Review of the pre-project studies and overseeing of the basis of design.
o Participating in the endorsement of the Pre-project dossier by the FEED contractor. Checking of the deliverables to be produced for Process.
o Coordination and supervising of Process studies for the Central Processing Facilities.
o Checking of the design developing in line with the Pre-Project and the Statement of Requirements.
