  Turning problems into commercial/contractual opportunities via follow-up of on-going activities and requirements of the projects (draft of letters to the clients, change order requests, claims, settlements with clients)

  ¤ Reviewed, negotiated and supported legal aspects of various Design-build projects of water treatment plants (Contract prices over 10M€ ; areas: Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East) :
  - Analyzed all legal risks of tenders documents and international contracts
  - Drafted and negotiated Joint-Venture agreements, letters of intention, NDA
  - Identified, controlled and drafted international claims (legal support)
  
  ¤ Conception of a functional ”international Management claims” toolbox
  - Established thematic practical legal notes, adjusted for engineers’ legal needs
  - Provided solutions and procedures to apply in case of contractual litigation
