En résumé

I'm Marine superintendent for TOTAL EP CONGO under D2M management. I ensure that all marine operations are conducted in safe and in conformity with Offshore insdustry standart, Total rules and International maritime regulations.
I have marine background as I start as Cadet in Bourbon Offshore Surf and I grow up with her, as Engineer on watch, then Mate, SDPO, Chief officer and Captain on different kind of offshore vessel (PSV, AHST, DSV) and different kind of propulsion (propulsion classic and ASD).
I have large experience on different DP System as Kongsberg, Alsthom and Beier Radio.
I'm familiarize with QHSE, regulations and guidelines (ISM,OSM, OVID, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW).

    As Captain I have authority to make decisions regarding safety, pollution prevention and the efficient operation of the vessel.
    I'm ensuring that the personnel under my management operate in accordance with the company's health, safety, environment and quality policies, regulations, law, guideline and good seamanship.

    As Chief Officer, I’m responsible for the supervision and management of deck departments, navigational watch keeping and stability aspects of the vessel. I’m in charge of management of the galley, catering and housekeeping duties. I must plan and supervise deck related operations including the loading, stowage, securing, and discharge cargo items, towage and anchor handling equipment. I’m responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all safety, fire fighting, other emergency equipment and deck equipment. I have responsibility for ordering deck stores, parts and consumables. I ensure that the vessel’s medical supplies, medicine chests and related stores and equipment are maintained in good order.
