  French navy employs 37,000 people and recruits 3,000 persons a year within 50 different specialities in every level from technicians up to senior managers.
  
  HR Business Partner – Recruitment (since January 2012). Military officer employed as a Captain, managing a team of 15 senior recruiters ensuring an average of 250 senior executive recruitment per year.
   Managed 15 senior recruiters and coordinated the totality of their HR activities.
   Improved the selection’s process and the recruitment’s methods of my team by sharing my knowledge and my skills with them.
   Elaborated the jobs’ description with the functional heads, 100 per year on average and published the job’s offer.
   Followed the employees’ career and their evolutions.
   Developed and implemented the HR strategy nationwide.
   Conducted the HR benchmarking.
   Enhanced the French Navy’s external image in universities and Job Fairs.
   Kept up to date the major KPI’s of the French Navy.
   Piloted the HR policy for women in the navy and involved in WISTA association.
  

• MARINE NATIONALE - RESONSABLE RECRUTEMENT ET COMMUNICATION

  Paris 2009 - 2011 Navy’s officers Recruiter (september 2009 to january 2012). In charge of recruiting the future officers of the french navy, for the whole East region, representing 14 counties.
   Identified and targeted graduates in accordance with navy’s requirements.
   Performed the interviews and recruited 250 senior executives (national target) in different field such as Nuclear Engineers and Business Manager
   Provided a professional feedback to each candidate.
   Acted as a campus manager, in order to develop the brand awareness of the French Navy through strong partnerships with 30 prestigious schools.
   Attended various fairs and conferences across France.

  2007 - 2008 Fortis Banque – Luxembourg, Luxembourg Affiliate of the Group BNP Paribas. With more than 4,000 members, Fortis Banque is the market leader for professional clients and the second largest bank for individual customer in Luxembourg.
