I use a practical, hands-on understanding of the commercial, strategic and operational dynamics of business to create HR approaches in full alignment with business goals.
Bringing together an early career in IT/Telecoms with a well-developed generalist HR skill set (L&D, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll & HR Ops, ER, OH&S), I connect ‘business’ with HR to enable performance improvement in a matrix organization across multiple sites.
On a personal level, I enjoy to work in faced-paced environment where innovation & changes are part of the culture, driven by a natural sense of urgency and passion for service to the managers I support.
