En résumé

Impliqué depuis 2011 dans l’avant-vente – d’abord en autonomie pour démarrer nos activités en UK, puis dans une cellule nationale spécialisée et enfin pour une Market Unit dédiée – j’ai été auparavant ingénieur d’essai, manager, porteur d’offre et consultant métier.
Chacune à leur manière, ces différentes positions occupées au sein de SOGETI High Tech ont été autant d’opportunités pour moi d’enrichir mes compétences et d’élargir ma connaissance du métier de prestataire de services.
Aujourd’hui, j’utilise cette expérience et mes qualités personnelles – curiosité, créativité, anticipation, communication – au service de la définition et la mise en place de la stratégie de développement de nos activités métier.

    TOULOUSE 2010 - 2011 On behalf of Airbus EVAAL (Loads and Stress Flight Tests)
    > Performance of an audit of the activity to cure current issues and improve overall performance
    > Using a methodology close to Airbus' LBIP process (Lifecycle Business Improvement Project), tasks performed included: designing a "to be" status, assessing the "as is" status, designing the corresponding set of improvement actions (100+) and the associated action plan, and managing their implementation in agreement with the Airbus activity group leader
  • Sogeti High Tech - Test Methodology Consultant for Test Process Improvement

    TOULOUSE 2009 - 2010 On behalf of Airbus ESV (Structure Tests)
    > Definition of a new “result-driven” way of working for the A350 Structure Test Pyramid Management
    > Mission also included change management, Airbus procedures update, definition of tools and process KPIs as well as support during process deployment. New process is transnational and involves all structure test stakeholders, from Design Office to Methods, Manufacturing and Test

    > Applying Capgemini’s consulting methodology, the mission included: the performance of interviews to define the current status and collect improvement ideas, discussions with suppliers, customers and experts from various industries, the study of documentation, best practices and regulations in collaboration with various experts, and the performance of workshops and trainings with the customer to design the final solution and manage changes

    TOULOUSE 2007 - 2011 > Responsible for the design and continuous improvement of the “TEPS” Result-driven Methodology (Test Engineering for Physics and Systems), including leading workshops with experts from other industries (automotive, space, railway, energy…). Among the topics are: tests within the product’s lifecycle, business-driven test management, test process improvement, test automation, knowledge and information management…

    > Flight Test Coordination: support to test definition and test set-up, test progress monitoring, coordination of all test stakeholders, eventually participation in test performance
    > Flight Test Results Analysis: measurements validation, analysis of test results in correlation with A/C general parameters, diagnosis of vibration issues if any
    > Test Transverse Activities: driver of change, participation to workshops and working groups to improve overall service performance
