- Launched Compressé (6 M€ of budget, 12 references and 10 years of R&D) : defined and setted-up the Trade Story, creation of promotional inserts, optimization of the existing ranges, product portfolio’s recommendations
- Category analysis of deodorant market (Nielsen, Kantar World Panel) according to the needs (market trends, promotion, assortment, referencing, etc)
- Carried out 3rd main Personal Care promotional event : Christmas boxes (7,7 M d’€): construction of the promotional offer, implementation in store-actions, the activation plan (POS, sales pitch), forecasting, developing the post-mortem analysis and following-up the ROI
- Participation in brief with creative agencies to define the theme of the 2014 Summer campaign (CA 17M€)
- Lead assortment recommendations for online supermarkets
