In charge of a team of 5 lawyers within the Legal Department, I oversee, counsel, guide, train and support junior transactional lawyers for all contracts (we review, amend and negotiate agreements with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with business leaders) and Requests For Proposals for private and public sectors (we analyze the RFP, support multiple RFP teams, negotiate contracts for co-contracting, subcontracting and supplies).I manage and advise the company leadership on legal and commercial risks associated with transactions, their potential impact and I suggest mitigating actions. Concerning litigation and pre-litigation, I set strategy in cooperation with the company executives and the General Counsel, manage and control external legal support.I develop internal guidelines, toolkits and packaged knowledge (intranet) on various legal and business issues. I stay abreast of legal developments affecting the company, its clients, and industries and synthesize the information to incorporate it into company’s transactional practices (templates, notes, in-house training).
