  the adequate solutions in terms of hardware and software investment.

  - Prepare the I.T. 5 years Financial Plan in line with I.T. Strategy, guidelines and directives. - Collect and consolidate the local I.T. site requirements. ;
  - Assist in and contribute to the creation of the I.T. plan for each site. Verify that it
  conforms to both local business requirements and to corporate I.T. Strategy.
  - Negotiate and obtain approval of the plan from local and Corporate I.T. Management.
  - Oversee the execution of the I.T. site plans on both financial and realisation sides.

  - Manage the implementation of an ERP solution for the European sales offices in London,
  Paris and Munich.
  - Manage the implementation of a WAN at an European level in order to produce the
  financial reporting and the consolidation to the USA

  - Participate in the definition of the company's office automation strategy.
