He is one of the expert of the French CIRI (Comité Interministériel des Restructurations Industrielles; the highest authority for industrial reconversion), has been involved in the audit of the financial situation and industrial potential of two major air companies in France (AIR LIB and AIR LITTORAL) and on a regular basis he is the audit expert of the french local tax and social authorities for a wide range of industrial companies whenever they are facing financial difficulties
He is qualified as Expert-comptable and Commissaire aux comptes, and member of INSOL EUROPE and TMA
