En résumé

De formation supérieure (Executive MBA HEC Paris, Ecole de Management de Lyon complétée par un MBA de l´Université du Texas à Austin), bilingue anglais, mon parcours comprend des expériences riches et diverses au sein de groupes industriels internationaux, de PME ou de start-up dans les secteurs de l´Informatique, des Télécommunications et des Hautes Technologies.

Aujourd’hui je vous apporte une expertise de manager financier à même d’accompagner la croissance ou de conduire le changement dans un contexte international.

J´ai encadré et développé des équipes dans des environnements complexes, pluri-culturels et multi-sites. Mes responsabilités ont couvert l´ensemble de la fonction administrative et financière, avec une emphase particulière sur le contrôle financier.

L´esprit d´entreprendre et le dynamisme, alliés à mon expérience en comptabilité, audit interne et contrôle de gestion m´ont donné l´occasion de structurer des organisations, de définir et mettre en place des procédures, systèmes et outils de mesure et contrôle de la performance tant au niveau Corporate qu´au sein de structures décentralisées ou autonomes.

J´ai supervisé des services informatiques et ai piloté l´amélioration ou l´introduction de plusieurs systèmes d´information comptable et financière.

J’ai également eu la responsabilité de services Achats et Ressources Humaines.

Capable d´adopter une vue stratégique du business mais également d´être très opérationnel, je souhaite m´investir à la tête d´une équipe financière ambitieuse pour supporter la croissance ou conduire le changement au sein d´un groupe d´envergure internationale.

    2009 - maintenant In parallel with HEC Paris Executive MBA program, support Management in structuring the finance & administration organisations and in funds raising.
  • ASK SA - Chief Financial Officer

    2005 - 2009 Sophia-Antipolis, France (€30M manufacturer of smart cards for the transport industry, 120 employees).
    In charge of the Finance function. Managed a team of 6 people.
    - Structured the financial planning process and improved quality and timing (- 3 days) of the monthly reporting.
    - Set up cash management and solved tense situations. Decreased Working Capital needs by 40%.
    - Implemented the financial reporting for the Chinese Joint-Venture.
    - Trained Management to the basics of financials and industrial cost accounting metrics.
  • ACOL Technologies SA - Chief Financial Officer

    2004 - 2005 Geneva, Switzerland ($2M start up manufacturer of HB LEDs).
    In charge of the newly created Finance & Admin function. Managed 1 staff.
    - Introduced the information and control system
    - Implemented the reporting for the Moscow based R&D and manufacturing operations.
  • PHS MEMS SA - Chief Financial Officer, Director.

    2001 - 2004 Grenoble, France (manufacturer of Micro Systems for the semi-conductor industry, 95 employees).
    Besides Finance & Admininistration, in charge of Human Resources and Supply Chain. Managed a team of 8 people.
    - Introduced analytical accounting and internal controls to strengthen financial performance monitoring. Reduced total Operating Expenses by 20% (4 M€ in 2 years).
    - Reorganized the F&A function : 15% productivity gains and increased internal customers satisfaction.
    - In close cooperation with the President, realized the 4th round of financing (€10M).
  • EHPT AB (Ericsson Hewlett-Packard Telecommunications AB) - VP, Finance & Accounting, CFO

    1995 - 2001 ($180M Joint Venture between Ericsson and HP, billing, mediation and interconnect solutions for the telecom industry, 1400 employees).

    VP, Business Control Europe (2000-2001). Grenoble, France.
    Responsible for business and financial controls, financial planning and reporting for EMEA.
    - Created the function for the largest region ($100M, 4 entities).
    - Introduced and shared a new sales forecast process and tools to support the Sales organisation resulting in a 30% improved forecast accuracy.

    VP, Finance & Accounting, CFO (1995-2000). Stockholm, Sweden.
    Executive Management Team member. CFO EHPT Sweden. Board member EHPT Malaysia.
    Manager of Corporate Finance with worldwide responsibility for business and financial controls, financial planning and reporting (US GAAP), cash management, internal audit, financial models, processes, systems and policies.
    Responsible for all accounting, administrative, fiscal, internal controls, treasury and legal and management reporting issues related to EHPT Sweden AB.
    Managed a team of 21 people.
    - Established EHPT Corporate Finance functions. Developed and strengthened an organization to match global business needs. Defined and implemented new and improved policies, processes and tools, e.g. a reporting per products and per geographies.
    - Designed and implemented administrative and financial processes in relation to the creation of legal entities, e.g. an implementation guide for Management.
    - Recruited, managed and developed, often remotely, an international finance team of 80+ people in a complex, multi-site and matrixed environment.
    - Introduced successfully SAP R/3, in less than one year and within 95% of budget ($2.5M)
    - Defined, shaped and promoted the company culture and values in the corporation.
    EHPT has grown from a $50M to a $180M turnover company, became global with established offices and legal entities in 12 countries and 1400 employees worldwide.
  • EHPT France (Ericsson Hewlett-Packard Télécommunications) - Finance & Admin Manager

    1993 - 1995 Grenoble, France.
    - Created the function in the first subsidiary of the newly established Joint Venture.
    - Proposed and conducted a nine-month internal audit mission of accounting and financial controls of the Swedish operations in Stockholm. Successfully drove the implementation of the recommended action plan resulting in on time and 98% error-free reporting.
  • HEWLETT-PACKARD France - Several Management responsibilities

    1985 - 1993 Grenoble, France.

    Consolidation Manager (1991-1993). ($800M PC division, 100% growth a year).
    Responsible for consolidation, business controls and reporting of HP worldwide PC product-line.
    - Set up management reporting tools to reduce risks in a highly competitive environment.

    Auditor (1989-1991). Internal Audit team, Europe
    Responsible for designing, enforcing and ensuring business controls, practices and policies according to HP standards in all manufacturing and sales entities throughout Europe.

    Accounting Manager (1987-1989).
    Managed the team (5 people) in charge of Accounts Payables and Receivable and Treasury.

    Business Controller (1985-1987). ($50M Telecom Division).
    Responsible for financial planning, reporintg and business controls for a newly transferred product-line.
