As per my past professional experiences, I worked both for Manufacturing and Services Companies. I used to implement quality and performance approaches in line with customer needs. I've been tasked to standardize processes, lead quality and HSE audits, conduct incident investigations and deliver training sessions and specific presentations to different types of audience. I had to manage several IS projects to implement new reporting systems or documentation management systems in order to improve the knowledge management and the peformance level.
Working closely with Sales and Marketing Departments, I'm really customer oriented and I am currently acting as Global Customer Satisfation Manager to implement a new CRM process and to ensure a proper followup of client requests.
I used to manage projects in a multicultural and international environment in different countries.
