La mission de mon service est de garantir la livraison des generateurs, turbines a vapeur et gaz de Alstom tout en optimisant les usines qui produisent ces equipements et en maximisant les benefices lies a la production. Nous sommes donc en lien direct avec le management d'Alstom Power, et sommes garant de l'application des decisions strategiques de l'entreprise. J'ai été nomé a ce poste sur demande du Vice President Manufacturing Thermal Product Business, apres avoir participé a la definition strategique de la supply Chain d'Alstom Power (duree de la mission 6 mois).

- Responsible for software maintenance and customer assistance (3 years ongoing)
After sales responsibility for worldwide customers regarding hardware and software maintenance of train simulators, I have to provide efficient service and improve customer satisfaction for a division supporting about 15% of the company’s earnings representing 2.7 M€. 90% of business is done abroad which implied high mobility and adaptability to foreign cultures (USA, UK, Saudi, Egypt, Netherlands, Finland, India…). Also responsible for contract extensions, local partner management, and presales feasibility studies.
-Software Integration Engineer (18 months)
Led a team of 4 to 6 developers for 8 month projects, my role was, beside specification of the simulators and final integration of the software, to ensure the delivery of final product in full and on time. Projects size: up to 1.4 M€.

In charge of leading a team of 5 workers through production of mobile phones embedded software. Responsible for partnerships on geographical data sharing and product demonstration around Europe. Projects size: 800K€ and 500 worked days

My role was to develop software dedicated to GPS/GSM mobile devices and call centers. I also developed Internet based applications capable of displaying vector maps in Web Browsers
