    Merignac 2010 - 2013 First International project between MSF entities (5 HQs) to design, build and deploy a global ERP system, covering field support activities on Finance and Supply areas:
    - Global responsibility on supply area and specifically in charge of the functional aspects
    - Analyze and design business model.
    - Design and develop integrated solution on supply area: functional specifications and development follow-up in partnership with internal development team and external integrator, coordination of Product data base migration.
    - MSF entities coordination at an organizational and functional level: International Working Group management made of the 5 Operational Centers (HQs) supply business representatives.
    - Representative for interdependent projects: steering committee member of the “International & central products data base” project ; design the functional support strategy and mid-term solution evolution strategy.

    - Responsible for: Planning (production and procurement), Production execution, Quality management, Compliance, Master data for SAP (APO: SNP, PP/DS – R3: PP, MM) implementation in Singapore and Jakarta plants: Go Live on schedule.
    - Work with plants management for change management: expert support on organizational changes impacted by SAP.
    - Responsible for production planning solution (APO and R3): New design of Firmenich worldwide planning strategy and implementation, Master data.
  • Firmenich - Process leader Planning

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2007 - 2009 - Design and implementation of the Production Planning solution (R3 PP).
    - Preparation of the planning community (roles and responsibility determination, training of key users, support).
    - Responsible for planning Master Data migration (setting up of 60’000 materials)
    - Support UK and Norway implementations: Go Live on schedule.
    - Drive SAP Production planning implementation in Geneva (60% of Firmenich turnover): Go Live on schedule.
